There aren't many things we will strongly recommend, but these few will make achieving good nutritional balance much easier. The Items below and in the menu to the left will make achieving your nutrition goals much easier.

The first item is "The Insulin Resistance Diet" This book provides the basics that the NutriCoach system is based on. A good understanding of their principles will make implementation and understanding of our system much easier. In Denver this book is currently about $20.00 by the time the tax is added.

Amazon.com will offer other selections. We have no control over the other selections offered. They may be very good or somewhat questionable. Without reading each selection offered by Amazon we can not comment on them.

  • extendlife Omega 3There is one nutrition supplement that has my attention above all others. It is omega 3. There are plenty of studies from very prestigious medical institutions that call omega 3 an essential to good health. More on omega 3 can be found in the page on omega 3 and in our reading room in our library. Due to the deep, cold, pristine waters around New Zealand the best source of omega 3 can be found there. We have found a supplier who we believe has the best product at the best price. click the banner to have it delivered to your door. When selecting an Omega 3 supplement there a several things to consider:

  • Does the supplement have a high percentage of EPA/DHA per 1000mg capsule?
  • Is the product molecularly distilled to remove pollutants?
  • What is the source of the fish oil base?
  • Is the supplement cost affective? (Many of the lower quality Omega 3 supplements actually cost more.)

Good software is the most practical and most affective way we know of taking total control of your dietary intake. Studies have shown that people who use software to reach dietary goals are far more successful in reaching their goals. Prices for the software we recommend range from $34.95 USD for NutriBase Junior to $79.95 UDS for the NutriBase Personal Plus. We have evaluated a lot of software. Nothing we have tested even comes close to the NutriBase Personal or NutriBase Personal Plus. The difference between them is the personal supports 2 people and the personal plus supports a family of up to 10 people. The Nutribase Personal and personal plus are described on our software section.
